As the head of LyondellBasell's (LYB) data and analytics center of excellence, Nasir Zaidi leads a global team of technologists and data experts to drive impact across the enterprise. In this role, he has been entrusted with the critical task of building a robust data platform that underpins the company's strategic objectives. He is leading several initiatives to develop data products and capabilities, delivering innovative solutions that optimize business operations and drive business growth. In parallel, Nasir has a relentless commitment to driving data literacy and enabling self-service across LYB.

With over 25 years of experience as a technology leader, Mr. Zaidi draws on a wealth of experience across different industries to bring a strategic mindset for driving opportunities to digitally enhance business capabilities and efficiency. He has had prior roles across the technology space including architecture, system integration, and operations. Nasir holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University.
